If your resume is not uploading onto ExecutiveTrumpet, note that your resume must be in .doc, .docx or .rtf format. If you click "File" then "Save as" on your resume you will see the file/format extension.
Our system does not distribute resumes in PDF format.
If there were any other errors on the registration form,
the resume has to be re-uploaded when the errors are corrected, as most
browsers do not hold documents that have been uploaded when refreshed.
So, in summary:
- Ensure you've filled out all of the relevant fields on the registration
- Paste your resume into the text box.
- Upload your resume, making sure it is in either .doc, .docx or .rtf format
- Submit resume.
If you continue to have challenges try closing down your browser (all open windows) and re-starting it, then log-in again.
If the above doesn't work, then you would need to clear your browser's cache. In IE, go to Internet Options, Delete and then delete Temporary
Internet Files and Cookies. Then re-start your browser and login again.
