Login and Password Help

Q. I cannot login.

Firstly, make sure that you are using the right email address and password to login.

By using the password retrieval function here, you can have your password delivered to your registered email address.

Your username is your registered email address. If you have forgotten your registered email address, you can just use email addresses that you may have used to register to retrieve your password. Once you have the right email address, you will get a message saying that your password has been sent to that email address.

Note that if you are logging in and have only completed a partial registration previously, just go to the Red Link that appears that says Click here to complete registration.

Q. I am having other login challenges.

To solve these you need to clear your cache and delete your cookies on your PC. In Internet Explorer, Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete and then delete your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

Then close down your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) completely, re-open it, and login.
